Privacy policy

Draft. This page is a plain-language placeholder written by the team and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. Last updated 11 September 2026.

This page explains what Pascal Labs LLC collects when you use AI Dating Pics, what we do with it, and how to get it removed. Photos of your face are sensitive data, so we have tried to be specific.

What we collect

  • Your quiz answers (style, interests, the settings you want).
  • The 24 photos you upload, and the automatic check results for each one (whether a face was found, focus, lighting, duplicates).
  • Your email address, so we can send your receipt and tell you when the gallery is ready.
  • Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Basic technical logs (IP address, browser, time) needed to run and secure the site.

What we do with it

We send a handful of your own photos to an image model with each prompt, which is how the photos it makes look like you rather than like a stranger. Your quiz answers decide the settings, wardrobe and framing those prompts ask for. Every photo we produce is then checked against your uploads by a face-comparison service, and anything that is not recognisably you is discarded and shot again.

We do not use your photos or your order for anyone else’s order, for marketing, or to train any general model, and we do not sell them. We will only show your results publicly if you give us written permission first.

Who processes it for us

Your data passes through a small number of providers, and each only receives what it needs. These ones see your photos:

  • Supabase — our database and file storage. Your uploads and your finished photos live here, in a private bucket; the links to them are signed and expire.
  • RunPod — GPU servers running our own photo check, which grades each upload for focus, framing and coverage and reads a few appearance details from it.
  • OpenRouter and, through it, Google — the image model that makes your photos. A few of your uploads go with each prompt as the reference for what you look like.
  • Amazon Web Services (Rekognition) — the face comparison that confirms each finished photo is you. Your faces are held there in a collection created for your order and deleted as soon as the order finishes.

These do not see your photos: Stripe (payment) and Resend (email). We also use OpenAI for internal prompt and photo tooling; your order’s prompts are written from a fixed library rather than generated, and your photos are not sent there on the path described above.

How long we keep it

We keep your uploaded photos and your generated photos for as long as needed to deliver the order and handle support and refunds. The exact retention period after delivery is still to be confirmed with counsel. You can ask us to delete everything at any time by emailing contact@aidatingpics.com, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including under GDPR, the CCPA or state biometric privacy laws. Email us and we will respond.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to move you through the order flow and to keep you signed in — one that ties this browser to the order you started, and the session cookies set when you sign in with an email link. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
