AI Dating Pics is run by Pascal Labs LLC. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, write to contact@aidatingpics.com before you order.

What we do

You send us 24 photos of yourself. We use them as the reference an image model works from, and generate 40 photos based on the answers you give in the quiz. The photos are AI-generated. They are meant to look like you on a good day, in places you chose, and we make no promise that any particular photo will be usable or that using them will change how you do on any dating app.

Who can order

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may only upload photos of yourself.
• You must own the photos you upload or have the photographer’s permission to use them this way.

Price and payment

One order costs $49, paid once through Stripe after your photo set has passed our automatic check. There is no subscription. Our refund terms are on the refund policy page.

Your photos and your results

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You own the generated photos we deliver and can use them however you like, subject to the rules of whatever platform you post them on. We use your photos only to produce your order and to handle support for that order. How long we keep them is described in the privacy policy.

What you agree not to do

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself, including in the background.
• Upload photos of anyone under 18.
• Use the generated photos to impersonate someone, deceive, harass or defraud.
• Try to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service.

We can cancel and refund an order if we believe it breaks these rules.

Limits on our liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for how third parties, including dating platforms, treat photos you post.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Questions go to contact@aidatingpics.com. The governing law and venue for disputes is still to be confirmed with counsel.
