AI Dating Pics is run by Pascal Labs LLC, 2410 Forest Ave, Austin, Texas 78704, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, write to contact@aidatingpics.com before you order.

What we do

You send us six to twelve phone photos of yourself. We use them as the reference an image model works from, and generate the number of photos your order size includes, chosen from the answers you give in the quiz. The photos are AI-generated. They are meant to look like you on a good day, in places you chose, and we make no promise that any particular photo will be usable or that using them will change how you do on any dating app. Some dating platforms have their own rules about generated photos; those rules are yours to follow.

Who can order

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may only upload photos of yourself, with nobody else in them.
• You must own the photos you upload or have the photographer’s permission to use them this way.
• If you believe someone has uploaded photos of you without your permission, email us; we will confirm what we hold and delete it, and cancel and refund the order (see the refund policy).

The tick at the end of the quiz records that you are 18 or older and agree to these terms and the privacy policy as they stand on the date shown at the top of each page; the face check on the upload page has its own consent, recorded the same way.

Price and payment

There are two order sizes, paid once through Stripe after your photo set has passed our automatic check: Starter, $24.99 for 18 photos and 3 re-shoots and The full set, $49 for 40 photos and 10 re-shoots. There is no subscription. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout for the size you chose, charged once, after your uploaded photos pass our check. Because the photos are made for you the moment you pay, by paying you ask us to start at once and accept that any statutory right to cancel before delivery ends when we do; our own guarantee is separate. Your photos and your results

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You own the generated photos we deliver and can use them however you like, subject to the rules of whatever platform you post them on. If an order is refunded, that right ends: the gallery closes, the photos are deleted on our side, and you agree to stop using any copies you downloaded. We use your uploads only to produce your order, its re-shoots, and support for that order, and we delete them 30 days after delivery; re-shoots are available until then. You can delete everything sooner from your order page. The details are in the privacy policy.

Re-shoots

Each order includes a number of re-shoots you can run yourself from the gallery: a photo that does not look like you, a different scene, a different outfit, or another take of one you like. A re-shoot adds a photo; it never removes one. Re-shoots are counted per order and do not carry over.

What you agree not to do

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself, including in the background.
• Upload photos of anyone under 18.
• Use the generated photos to impersonate someone, deceive, harass or defraud.
• Try to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service.

We can cancel and refund an order if we believe it breaks these rules.

Limits on our liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for how third parties, including dating platforms, treat photos you post.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Questions go to contact@aidatingpics.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us goes to the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas — without limiting any consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
