Refund policy

If your photo set passes our check and you still don’t love the results, we regenerate or refund.

How it works

• Email contact@aidatingpics.com with your order email address and a line or two about what is wrong (likeness, settings, quality, anything).
• We will first offer to reshoot the frames you are unhappy with, at no cost. Most problems are fixed this way.
• If you would rather not, or the regeneration still does not land, we refund the full $49 to the payment method you used. Stripe usually shows it within five to ten business days.

When we refund automatically

If we cannot complete your order, for example because your photo set never passes the check after replacements, or a technical failure means we cannot deliver, we refund in full without you needing to ask.

What the guarantee does not cover

• Photos that fail the automatic check are not a refund case; we ask you to replace them before you pay, so nothing has been charged yet.
• Results you have already posted publicly may still be refunded, but we may ask you to take them down first.
• Orders that break our terms (photos of other people, anyone under 18).

Time limit

Please write to us within 14 days of your gallery being delivered. The exact window is still to be confirmed with counsel; until then we will be generous about it.
